ESD protection standards

In line with the United States EOS/ESD standard, the use of charged flat panel monitor accurate detection of static elimination performance, to ensure that the residual voltage stability control in the ± 35V safety range. According to the ANSI/ESD S20.20-2021 standard, the electrostatic dissipation time test needs to accurately record the curve of voltage attenuation from ± 1000V to ± 100V through the charge plate monitoring method under the condition of high wind speed, so as to ensure that the electrostatic neutralization efficiency of ion fans and other equipment meets the requirements of EPA anti-static area.

Test instrument: CPM374

Using German KLEINWACHTER CPM374 electrostatic tester, the performance of ion fan is accurately tested at a standard distance of 30cm: 1000V to 100V decay time (in line with IEC61340-5-1 and ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards), and the residual voltage is stable within 35V. The test environment is strictly controlled at 25°C and 55% humidity (EPA anti-static area requirements) to ensure reliable data. Suitable for ESD sensitive scenarios such as semiconductor manufacturing and electronic assembly.
