Principle of static de-static

The DC ion fan adopts the separation design of positive and negative discharge needles, the positive needle specifically releases positive ions, and the negative needle specifically releases negative ions. The performance advantages are significant: the ion balance is more accurate (up to ± 15V), the static elimination speed is faster, and it is suitable for high-precision electronic manufacturing, semiconductor and other scenes. Compared with AC ion fans, the neutralization efficiency is higher, but attention should be paid to environmental cleanliness and regular maintenance (such as discharge needle cleaning) to ensure long-term stability.

ESD protection standards

The ion fan specially designed for ESD protection area (EPA) meets ANSI/ESD S20.20-2021 and IEC61340-5-1 standards, ensuring that the electrostatic dissipation time is less than or equal to 2.5 seconds (30cm test distance), and the ion balance can be adjusted to within 15V. Using closed-loop control technology, real-time monitoring of ionization performance, to meet the strict management requirements of anti-static work area. Typical dissipation time

Steady-state DC ionization technology is adopted, the electrostatic dissipation time is less than 2.5 seconds (30cm test distance), the ion concentration is increased by 50%, the ultra-long distance of 1.8m is effectively covered, and the strict requirements of clean room are met. Suitable for semiconductor, medical and other high-precision processes, through ISO 14644-1 certification. The built-in self-cleaning function ensures long-term stable operation and is ideal for ESD protection areas (EPA).

Using ± 1000V → ± 100V attenuation test (30cm distance), in line with IEC61340-5-1 standards, accurate measurement of ion fan dissipation time and ion balance. Double authentication with SAE J1645 and IEC61340-2-1.
