The ultra-compact static eliminator designed for small spaces precisely targets workpieces, removes dust and contaminants, and simultaneously eliminates static electricity efficiently. Provides a variety of nozzle types, can be flexibly selected according to the application scenario. The core adopts high-frequency AC technology to achieve extremely stable ion balance, with performance far exceeding that of ordinary DC products. The significant advantage is that its ion balance is not affected by changes in supply air pressure and installation distance, so there is no need for cumbersome adjustments after installation, which significantly improves production efficiency and yield rate. The LED indicator visually shows the working status

LED status indicator is clear and intuitive, real-time display of the working status of the static eliminator. Built-in intelligent ‘check function’ automatically monitors and indicates the need for ion needle cleaning. All function status (operation, abnormality, etc.) can be confirmed by the LED indicator. At the same time, it provides function status output signals to support external monitoring system docking to achieve remote centralised monitoring of the working status of the electrostatic precipitator to enhance the efficiency of production line management.

High-frequency AC ionization technology

High-frequency AC ionisation technology for efficient electrostatic dissipation. With an operating voltage of only 2200V and an ion generation frequency of up to 70kHz (70,000 cycles/second), the elimination rate is extremely fast. Ion balance is extremely stable and requires no adjustment after installation. Unique design supports pipeline delivery of ions, providing flexibility to meet the needs of remote or shaded areas. Safe low voltage allows for close mounting on precision workpieces to improve dust and static removal efficiency.

Positive dissipation time measurement chart:

The Positive Dissipation Time Measurement graph visualises the time it takes for a charged body to decay from a high voltage of +1000V to a safe voltage of +100V, and is the core indicator for assessing the efficiency of electrostatic dissipation.

Negative dissipation time measurement plot:

The Negative Dissipation Time Measurement graph visualises the ability of a static eliminator to handle negative charges: recording the time it takes to de-energise a charged object with a high negative voltage of -1000V to a safe low potential of -100V. This key metric quantifies how quickly a device can remove a negative charge; the shorter the time, the more efficient the negative static elimination. The legend is based on standard test conditions and is the central basis for evaluating the negative charge cancellation performance of equipment.

Stable ionic equilibrium

Stable ion balance: the core performance indicators of the electrostatic eliminator, refers to the continuous output of positive and negative ions, the object of the static voltage convergence of the state.
