The LED indicator visually shows the working status

LED status indicator is clear and intuitive, real-time display of the working status of the static eliminator. Built-in intelligent ‘check function’ automatically monitors and indicates the need for ion needle cleaning. All function status (operation, abnormality, etc.) can be confirmed by the LED indicator. At the same time, it provides function status output signals to support external monitoring system docking to achieve remote centralised monitoring of the working status of the electrostatic precipitator to enhance the efficiency of production line management.

High-frequency AC ionization technology

High-frequency AC ionisation technology for efficient electrostatic dissipation. With an operating voltage of only 2200V and an ion generation frequency of up to 70kHz (70,000 cycles/second), the elimination rate is extremely fast. Ion balance is extremely stable and requires no adjustment after installation. Unique design supports pipeline delivery of ions, providing flexibility to meet the needs of remote or shaded areas.
