The LED indicator visually shows the working status

LED status indicator intuitively shows the working status of the static eliminator, and has intelligent ion needle cleaning warning function. All operating status and ion abnormality can be clearly confirmed through the LED, and at the same time provide an output signal to support external equipment to monitor the ion fan operating status in real time and remote monitoring, to achieve maintenance-free static elimination equipment comprehensive status monitoring and enhance the efficiency of equipment management.

High-frequency AC ionization technology

The high-frequency AC ion nozzle adopts low-voltage drive technology (only 2,500V), combined with an ion generation frequency of 70,000 ions/second, to achieve highly efficient static elimination and ultra-fast de-energisation speed. The ion balance is extremely stable and the design is adjustment-free. Innovative technology allows for remote delivery of ions through pipework, supporting close proximity installations, especially in space-constrained scenarios. Low-voltage operation significantly improves equipment safety, making it a safe and efficient electrostatic dissipation solution for precision manufacturing.

Positive dissipation time measurement chart:

Positive Dissipation Time Measurement is used to visualise the effect of static elimination: it records the time it takes for an object with a charge of +1000V to be reduced to +100V under the action of a static elimination device, which is a key indicator of the efficiency of static eliminators, and helps to accurately assess the performance of the device in removing static electricity.

Negative dissipation time measurement plot:

The Negative Dissipation Time Measurement graph visualises the core performance of an ESD dispenser in handling negative charges: the rate of dissipation. It accurately measures the time it takes for an ESD device to rapidly decay the charge of a highly negatively charged object from -1000V to -100V. This key indicator directly reflects the high efficiency negative charge neutralisation capability and dissipation efficiency, and is an important basis for evaluating the negative static eliminator performance and equipment selection.

Stable ionic equilibrium

Stable ion balance is the core symbol of efficient electrostatic elimination, which means that under the continuous irradiation of positive and negative ions, the residual static voltage of the target object can be accurately converged to 0 V. This represents a high degree of equilibrium of positive and negative charges output from the electrostatic eliminator, which directly determines the precision and final elimination effect of the elimination of electricity, and it is a key index for evaluating the performance of the ion balance and the ability of electrostatic control.
