Ultra-compact ionic nozzle is designed for narrow space, easy to target the workpiece to accurately remove dust and other pollutants, simultaneous and efficient elimination of static electricity, to meet the needs of electronic components, precision instruments and other scenarios of cleaning. Equipped with a wide range of nozzle types, which can be flexibly selected according to different workpiece shapes and cleaning ranges to enhance the adaptability of operation. Adopting high-frequency AC technology, the ion balance is stable and precise, and is not affected by the supply air pressure and installation distance, so there is no need for cumbersome debugging after installation, which reduces the maintenance cost. Applicable to PCB boards, lens modules, semiconductors and other precision manufacturing processes, efficiently solving the problem of electrostatic adsorption pollution and optimising production cleanliness.

The LED indicator visually shows the working status

The LED indicator shows the working status of the electrostatic eliminator. It is equipped with a 'check function' that can automatically prompt the need for ion needle cleaning, and the indicator clearly shows the status of each function. It also supports the output of function signals for real-time monitoring of the equipment's operating status from outside, improving the electrostatic eliminator's maintenance efficiency and making it suitable for precision electronic production.

High-frequency AC ionization technology

The electrostatic eliminator uses high-frequency AC ionisation technology to achieve high-level electrostatic elimination at a low voltage of 2200V. The ion generation frequency of 70,000 times per second makes the elimination process fast. The ion balance is extremely stable and does not require adjustment. Supporting pipeline delivery of ions, it can be used in close proximity for enhanced safety, making it ideal for high-efficiency static elimination in precision electronics, semiconductors and other applications.

Positive dissipation time measurement chart:

A positive dissipation time measurement graph is used to present the de-energising efficiency of an ESD eliminator. It records the time taken to reduce the charge on a +1000 V static electricity-charged object to +100 V. This intuitively reflects the de-energising speed of the device and the performance of ESD elimination. It also provides a key reference for evaluating the effectiveness of static protection in precision electronics and semiconductor scenarios.

Negative dissipation time measurement plot:

The negative dissipation time measurement graph visualises the results of the static dissipation time test, which measures the time it takes for a charged object carrying an initial high voltage of -1000 V to decay to a safe voltage of -100 V.

Stable ionic equilibrium

Stable ionic balance refers to the fact that the static voltage of an object tends to approach 0V when it is continuously irradiated by positive and negative ions from a static eliminator. This is one of the core indicators used to measure the performance of anti-static equipment. The stability of this balance directly affects the production of electronic components, precision instruments, and other aspects of electrostatic protection.
