The MR63 is a comprehensive anti-static measuring instrument for checking surface and ground resistance, measuring the impedance or resistance of all conductive, antistatic, and electrostatic venting surfaces, as well as the relative humidity and temperature that affect electrical properties. Designed according to the international standard "EOS/ESD, CECC, ASTM and UL" test procedures, it can be used for material testing of all consumables and supplies required for production lines, such as different table mats, floor coating layers, lacquer surfaces, plates, wrist straps, ankle straps, anti-static overalls, shoes (shoe covers), various PE bags and containers of different specifications

New TFT large screen displays

Displays resistance tail and index, temperature, relative temperature, and analogue pointer display function. Since humidity and temperature affect the electrical properties of the material being tested. Low temperature and humidity will increase the resistance value and slow down the dissipation time. Under high humidity conditions, a thin layer of water will condense on the surface of the object to be tested or be absorbed by it, and this hygroscopicity increases the electrical conductivity of the material, and this is especially true for materials that are highly water-absorbent.

New data logging and exporting - in a flash drive!

Up to 99 measurements can be stored and recalled, and connection to a PC is supported for exporting test data.

A 15-second electrification cycle is set for test requirements and three different modes of measurement are supported.

Automatic switching of test voltage (10V or 100V ±5%)
