Shockwave Nozzle Static Eliminator Jets

When ejected, the pressure causes the tube to move and begin to rotate along the inner wall of the inner rotor. In this state, the jet sprays intermittently
The wave generated by the rotation of the tube produces an air collision force equal to the number of rotations.
The inner rotor (white cap) is the part that rotates in synchronization with the nozzle tube. As a result, frictional resistance during rotation is reduced. Dust generation and wear are reduced.

Dedusting method for complex shapes

Since the flow of normal air is constant, it pressurizes the air at the entrance of the groove and does not give good results. The wave motion of the Shockwave Nozzle Static Eliminator does not create a pressure wall at the entrance to the recess, and the air can effectively penetrate deeper into the recess.
