In the production of circuit boards, static electricity is an invisible threat. The static electricity generated by the contact between the circuit board and the chip during assembly is easy to break down the chip, causing it to be scrapped, or causing abnormal circuit function. During the circulation transportation, the friction of the conveyor belt and the charging of the equipment will cause static electricity accumulation. It not only adsorbs dust to cause short circuit, but also may break down the chip, resulting in product performance attenuation and affecting reliability.

Solution: 

Different from the passive defense of traditional anti-static means, this case chooses to build an active electrostatic neutralization barrier above the core station of circuit board assembly. Through the ionizer fan device built in the ionizing fan, the high-frequency ionizing fan can continuously release the same amount of positive and negative ions. When the surface of the circuit board generates static electricity due to friction, the ionizing airflow will quickly combine with it to realize the immediate neutralization of the charge and cut off the path of the harm caused by static electricity from the source.
