In precision injection molding production, the mold due to high-speed opening and closing and material friction is easy to produce static electricity accumulation, long-term existence of adsorption dust, oil and release agent residue problems, resulting in product surface pitting, scratches and other defects, seriously affecting the product qualification rate, and bring additional cleaning and maintenance costs.
Solution:
In order to meet these 1 challenges, a digital pulse ionizer bar is introduced into an injection molding production line, and the ionizing bar is accurately installed directly above the mold opening area. The static elimination rod automatically starts after each mold opening, releases a large number of positive and negative ions, fully covers the mold forming surface, and can neutralize the electrostatic charge on the mold surface within milliseconds. By completely eliminating the source of static electricity, the adsorption path of particles and residual liquid is effectively blocked, and the mold is kept clean. The case shows that the pulsed ion bar is not only a 1 means of static elimination, but also a key technical equipment to improve the quality of precision injection molding and the overall production efficiency, which has high promotion value.
